AVTO HAMROH PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Avto Hamroh (“Application”) collects, processes, uses, stores, protects, and deletes users’ personal data.

Avto Hamroh is a mobile application that helps users find automotive service locations in Uzbekistan, including fuel stations, auto repair services, car washes, electric vehicle charging stations, and other automotive services.

This Policy has been prepared taking into account the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

By using the Application, the User confirms that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Avto Hamroh may process the following categories of personal data:

2.1. Information Provided by the User

Depending on the functions used, the Application may collect:

- phone number;

- first and last name;

- information provided in the User's profile;

- profile photo;

- other information voluntarily provided by the User.

2.2. Location Data

The Application may access the User's device location to provide location-based features.

Location data may be used to:

- determine the User's current location;

- display nearby automotive services;

- calculate distance and routes;

- display relevant locations on a map;

- provide other location-based features of the Application.

Access to location data requires the appropriate permission from the User's device. The User may disable location access at any time through the device settings. If location access is disabled, certain Application features may not function properly.

3. Use of Yandex Maps

Avto Hamroh uses Yandex Maps technologies to provide map and location-related functionality.

When using map-related features, certain information, including location information, IP address, device information, and other technical information necessary for providing the service, may be processed by Yandex.

The use of Yandex Maps is also subject to Yandex's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Depending on the implementation of the Yandex Maps service, location and technical data may be processed on Yandex's servers and may be subject to Yandex's applicable data-processing practices.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Avto Hamroh may process personal data for the following purposes:

- registering and authenticating Users;

- creating and managing User accounts;

- providing the main features of the Application;

- displaying automotive services based on the User's location;

- providing map and navigation-related functionality;

- managing User profiles;

- maintaining and improving the Application;

- ensuring the security and reliability of the Application;

- preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use;

- responding to User requests and support inquiries;

6. Profile Photo

The User may upload a profile photo to personalize their account.

Providing a profile photo is voluntary.

The profile photo is used for account personalization and identification within the Application.

The User may remove their profile photo or request deletion of their account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

7. Automotive Service Information

The Application may display information about automotive service locations, including:

- business name;

- address;

- geographic location;

- telephone number;

- opening hours;

- available services;

- other relevant information.

This information is provided to help Users find automotive services and contact them.

Where information relating to an automotive service may constitute personal data, such information will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Avto Hamroh does not sell Users' personal data and does not provide personal data to third parties for their advertising purposes.

Personal data may be disclosed or made available to third parties in the following circumstances:

- where the User has provided consent;

- where necessary to provide a specific Application feature;

- where third-party service providers are required to operate the Application;

- where necessary for the use of Yandex Maps;

- where disclosure is required by applicable law or a lawful request from an authorized government authority;

- where necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or legitimate interests of Users or Avto Hamroh;

- in other circumstances permitted or required by applicable legislation.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed.

When a User requests deletion of their account, personal data will be deleted or destroyed where there is no legal requirement to retain it.

Certain information may be retained for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain security, or comply with other legal requirements.

10. Data Security

Avto Hamroh takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect Users' personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or other unlawful processing.

Depending on the circumstances, these measures may include:

- restricting access to personal data;

- authentication and authorization controls;

- protection of servers and software infrastructure;

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Avto Hamroh is not specifically directed at children.

If Avto Hamroh becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a child in circumstances that violate applicable legal requirements, appropriate measures will be taken to address the situation.

14. Advertising

Avto Hamroh currently does not display advertisements.

Avto Hamroh does not sell Users' personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

If advertising services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

15. Push Notifications

At the time of this Policy, Avto Hamroh does not use push notifications.

If push notification functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data processing and permissions.

16. Third-Party Services

Avto Hamroh may use third-party technologies and services necessary for the operation of the Application, including Yandex Maps.
